What information do we collect?

• When you place an order or contact us, we collect what we need to make and deliver your order and to reply to you, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment information.
• If you send an order as a gift, we collect the recipient's name and address so we can deliver it. We never use gift recipients' information for marketing.
• If you upload an image for a custom fabric or photos of letters you'd like us to recreate, we keep them to make your order. When you add a design to your cart, we also save pictures of it so you and our team can see exactly what you ordered. Images that aren't part of an order are deleted after 30 days.
• You can browse our site and use the Design Studio without telling us who you are.
• Like most websites, we use cookies and similar browser storage. See “Do we use cookies?” below for how.

How do we use your information?

We use the information we collect to:

• Make, ship and deliver your order, and process your payment.
• Answer your questions and help with customer service requests.
• Improve our website and the products we offer.

We only send you promotional emails if you've asked to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

How do we protect your information?

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe. It's kept on secured systems that only a limited number of people can access, and they're required to keep it confidential. Payment details are sent over an encrypted (SSL) connection.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser (if you allow it) so it can recognize your browser and remember certain information. We use cookies and similar browser storage to remember the items in your cart, and we may use them to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

We may work with third-party service providers to help us understand our site visitors. They may only use the information they collect for us to help us run and improve our business.

You can set your browser to warn you before cookies are saved or to block them; your browser's help menu explains how. If you turn cookies off, some features, like your cart, may not work properly, but you can always order by phone at (657) 231-9119.

We don't sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties unless we tell you in advance, except as described here. Outside parties don't include our website host or others who help us run our website and business or serve you, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, as long as they agree to keep your information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it's appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property or safety.

We may share information that doesn't identify you personally with other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

How can you update or delete your information?

To update or delete the information you've given us, or to stop receiving emails from us, contact us by email or phone and we'll take care of it. Emails that were already scheduled may still arrive for a short time. We may keep records of past orders as needed to service those orders and for our records.

Third-party links

We may link to other websites, and our homepage shows posts from our Instagram account. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices. If you find a link that doesn't work, please let us know.

Changes to this policy

If we change this privacy policy, we'll post the changes on this page. Changes apply only to information collected after the date of the change.

Terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. Your use of this site is subject to these terms and conditions and to applicable law. If you don't agree to them, please don't use this site.

Ordering

Changing an order

If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible, within 12 hours of ordering. Once your order is in our system we may not be able to make changes, but we'll always do our best to help.

Canceling an order

Every order is custom-made from your instructions, so once an order is in production it can't be canceled, and you're responsible for any costs Alpha Greek Apparel LLC has already incurred on it. Individual orders can't be canceled once we've ordered the garments or products for them. If we're able to cancel an individual order, a 25% processing and restocking fee applies.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, Alpha Greek Apparel LLC may refuse or cancel orders placed at that price, even if the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If you've already been charged and the order is canceled, we'll refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.

Availability

Products may change or be discontinued without notice. Alpha Greek Apparel LLC isn't responsible if a manufacturer can't supply a product.

Colors

Screens show colors differently, so the colors on our website, including in the Design Studio, may not exactly match the actual merchandise. We've tried to show colors as accurately as we can, but the real color of any item may differ.

Returns

Because most of our merchandise is custom-made for you, we can only accept returns for defective items or mistakes we made, and in those cases we'll send you a corrected replacement. To return an item:

• Let us know in writing within 7 days of receiving it, and get a Return Authorization (RA) from us. This is standard in the industry.
• Please call us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
• Don't alter the item(s) in any way.
• We need to receive the item(s) within 10 business days of when you received them. Nothing can be returned more than two weeks after it arrives, for any reason.

In the rare case that we accept a return for any other reason, a 25% processing and restocking fee applies.

Ordered the wrong size?

Since each piece is custom-made, we can't take back or exchange items ordered in the wrong size. Returns are only for defective items or our mistakes, as described above, so please check your size before ordering.

Shipping

Production and shipping times, shipping to Canada (including duties and taxes) and the $15.00 UPS fee to re-route a package sent to a wrong or incomplete address are covered in our Shipping Policy above, which is part of these terms.

Garment care

Items made with patterned fabric should be dry cleaned. The weave is too thin to hold up in a washing machine, even turned inside out.

Use of the site

Please be respectful when using our site or contacting us. Harassment of any kind, including obscene or abusive language by email, phone or our contact form, isn't allowed, and neither is impersonating anyone, including Alpha Greek Apparel LLC staff or representatives. You may not use the site to send or share anything libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or illegal, anything that invades someone's privacy or publicity rights, anything that could encourage a crime, violate anyone's rights or break any law, or to solicit others to join any other commercial service or organization.

Warranty disclaimer

This site and the merchandise and products on it are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Alpha Greek Apparel LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Alpha Greek Apparel LLC doesn't promise that the site will work without interruption or errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server it runs on is free of viruses or other harmful components, and makes no promises about the correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness or reliability of the materials on this site. Some states don't allow limits on warranties, so these limits may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

Alpha Greek Apparel LLC isn't liable for any special or consequential damages that result from using, or being unable to use, the materials on this site or from the performance of the products, even if Alpha Greek Apparel LLC has been told such damages are possible. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alpha Greek Apparel LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these terms and conditions or from wrongful or negligent conduct by you in using the site.

We may link to websites run by others, including our Instagram account. Even if a site is affiliated with Alpha Greek Apparel LLC, we don't control it, and it has its own privacy and data practices. Termination

These terms apply to you when you use the site or place an order. Alpha Greek Apparel LLC may end these terms, or any part of them, at any time and for any reason without notice. Miscellaneous

Your use of this site is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice-of-law rules, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You agree that any legal proceeding arising directly or indirectly from this site (including the purchase of Alpha Greek Apparel LLC products) will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and that any claim relating to the site or such a purchase must be filed within one (1) year after it arises. If Alpha Greek Apparel LLC doesn't enforce any part of these terms, that doesn't waive any provision or right. Neither the way the parties have dealt with each other nor trade practice changes these terms. Alpha Greek Apparel LLC may assign its rights and duties under these terms to any party at any time without notice to you.
